What responsibilities will I have as a Youth Worker?
As a Youth Worker, you will work with SEN students, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), in group settings, support their learning, and manage challenging behaviors.
What qualifications are required for this Youth Worker position?

The minimum rate of pay for this position is £85 per day.

What prior experience do I need to have?
Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally with primary or SEN education, as well as experience working in small groups of students, is preferred.
