navigation.about
AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. We are a non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students who strive to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind potential through organising cultural exchanges.
Global Talent
Our Global Talent program connects companies with a global pool of experienced graduate students with 1-3 years of relevant work experience who hold a wide range of academic and professional qualifications, and come from established global networks. The programme allows graduates to complete an internship abroad for a multi-cultrural work experience while providing a global perspective and youthful edge to corporates.
Global Volunteer
Our Global Volunteer projects around the world exist because we have committed to support the movement to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by the year 2030. Students are able to work on a project abroad that targets an SDG of their choice while experiencing a new culture and attaining growth through challenging themselves.
As one of the local chapters, AIESEC in UCL manages all logistics for our Exchange Participants (EPs) including the entire visa process, flights and accommodations, etc. In the UK, we work as an A-rated Tier 5 Visa sponsor, partnering with over 60 companies annually, including Apple Retail, PwC and Morgan Stanley.
Engagement with AIESEC
Apart from global exchanges, we organise conferences and events to engage more young people in the UK with AIESEC. Throughout the year, we have organised several speaker events in FinTech and ESG with our partners and the Youth Speak Forum. Lately, we also organised a Cultural Fiesta and a Farmers' Market, in which over 500 students took part. The events promoted to students the importance of cross-cultural exchanges and sustainable living.
