The Mergers & Acquisitions Society aims to focus on the specifics of M&A transactions, offering insights into the complexities of this area beyond what is typically covered in general finance societies. Our intended activities range from studying real-world M&A case studies to hosting guest speakers from the industry, and potentially even staging mock M&A negotiation sessions.
