Hockey Womens (Medics)

ICSM Ladies Hockey really is the full package when it comes to clubs and socs; we offer the best sport, the best socials and the best fancy dress! Whether you are a medic/non-medic; hockey Olympian or hockey virgin; looking for a new commitment or just something to keep fit, come and join us. The week starts off with local 1.5 hour training sessions on a Monday with our coach to prepare us for our matches. Every Wednesday we field 3 teams of varying abilities, and everybody is guaranteed a game. We also have a more relaxed Saturday morning squad when anybody from any team can play, a great way to pick up tips from experienced players. Off the pitch we celebrate our wins and commiserate our (few!) losses with incredible fancy dress, booze bowling and team dinners. Additionally, we run many tours including the renowned Oxford tour with ICSM Men’s hockey club as well as preseason and international tour. There really is something for everyone. Other highlights are the infamous Christmas Dinner, the black-tie end of season hockey dinner and sports dinner with all the other ICSM clubs. ICSM Ladies Hockey can offer you as much or as little sport as you like but it guarantees a great time!
