Karting Club

We are UCL's first and only motorsport club, providing opportunities for you to go karting whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced racer. Karting is so much fun regardless of speed or experience. The karts we usually use are called Pro-Karts, they can typically do about 55mph. Everyone is welcome and the atmosphere is always friendly.We offer two kinds of membership: Social and Competitive.The Social membership (£15) is for those looking for fun go karting sessions across various venues. The money generated from membership is used to subsidise karting events for members, if you attend just one event the membership will have paid for itself and just two events means you will have definitely saved money! Racers of all abilities are welcome to join this.The Competitive membership (£100) is for pro-racers. These members form the BUKC team. The club acts as a platform for members of the BUKC team to compete against 54 other universities across the country in Europe’s fastest arrive and drive karts.
