Welcome to the KCL Chess Society page!
We are a group of chess enthusiasts spanning a huge range of abilities, so whether you're an outright beginner, or an aspiring challenger for the World Chess Champion title, you'll be sure to find a chess home here at KCLCS :)
We aim to hold sessions weekly, interspersed with sessions on tactics and strategies, as well as occasional talks from GMs, (and hopeful simuls too!) There's never any pressure at KCLCS - those who wish to play recreationally are equally as welcome and invited to join as those who wish to play more seriously.

Dependent on Covid restrictions, we aim to hold as many sessions as possible in person, but this may be subject to change!
Time: Tuesday evenings, 5:30pm (with occasional socials/events on Thursday/Friday)
