King's College London Brass Band

King’s College London Brass Band (KCLBB), formed in December 2020, has already made an impact on the music scene at King’s. We are a non-auditioning brass band welcoming any brass or percussion playing musician, be they current students, alumni, or even staff, to join us at competitions and contests throughout the year. Our main aim for 2021/22 is to compete in person at our first Unibrass contest.     During the second and third national lockdowns, KCLBB competed in the Kapitol Cory Online Brass Band Championships where we managed to win 3rd Place overall in the university section, as well as best ‘Shield’ section band, most entertaining programme, best ‘regional theme’, and best percussion.
