Welcome to KCL LGBT+ Society!
Membership to our society is always completely free! The KCL LGBT+ Society exists to provide a fun, safe, inclusive and accessible environment for LGBT+ students and their friends to meet, campaign on behalf of the LGBT+ student community, and promote awareness of LGBT+ issues! We host a variety of events including: club nights, coffee socials, panel discussions, variety shows, health and wellbeing, film nights, day trips, themed events, arts + crafts, hobby events, and more - so there is always something for everyone.
We are an intersectional society, which means we value our members who come from all liberation backgrounds.
We have officer roles for: Women, Bisexual, Trans, People of Colour, Faith, International, Asexual, Postgrad, and Disabilty.
These officers will be throwing regular self-identifying events throughout the year! For eligibility to run and vote in elections - become a member today! Accessible - All official events are accessible to wheelchair users! Fun - We hold a mixture of alcohol and non-alcohol events so everyone feels included and can have fun in the way they choose!
Safe - There will always be two sober committee members present during alcohol socials to get you home safely!
Inclusive - We will always follow the KCLSU Safe Space Policy to make sure students from all backgrounds feel safe and happy!
All upcoming events can be seen on our Facebook page
