Join RAG if you want to make change through a diverse mix of events, campaigns and activities, in support of a variety of causes. We are a platform for change- making, whether small or big, through fundraising, the spreading of awareness, and the investigation of socially conscious career paths.Together, we fundraise around £70,000 - £80,000 each year! This includes external challenges, which alone generated £38,000 last year!Click on the ‘live chat’ button if you have any questions or just to have a chat!THEMES OF THE YEARThis year we are interested in innovation, social enterprise, activism and sustainability. We want to unite the career oriented side of LSE with the ideals we stand for, exploring careers where you can make a direct difference to social issues. We also focus on the themes of our 3 annual charities, which are voted in by the student body. Last year these were: LOCAL CHARITY: The Felix Project (food waste and poverty) NATIONAL CHARITY: Refugee Action (helping refugees) INTERNATIONAL CHARITY: MSF - Doctors Without Borders (international healthcare)FUNDRAISING ARM OF THE STUDENTS UNIONAs the fundraising arm of the Student's Union, we offer assistance with all fundraising by students or societies on campus. This means that we are a gateway to most of the big societies at LSE.We can provide you with planning, as well as logistical and marketing support, so please message us with any wonderful fundraising ideas you have or any great charities you think we should be supporting.
