Snooker & Pool Society

Great socials, Great people and Great potting. It doesn't matter if you have never picked up a cue or are already an experienced player, all cue sports enthusiasts are welcome at our club! The top floor of the Union Building is home to two full-size, recently refurbished top quality snooker tables. Members can play at any time between 9 am and 11 pm every day, including weekends and throughout the summer. In the past we have organised Internal Leagues (both snooker and pool), catering for players of all abilities. We also play American and English pool during fortnightly sessions at the local Rileys on a Wednesday afternoon, all members of all abilities are welcome to join for no extra cost! With a yearly membership fee of just £15 and no additional playing costs, the snooker tables at the union are the cheapest in Zone 1 - you would be foolish not to join us!
