STAR (Student Action for Refugees) is a national charity made up of more than 50 groups at universities and colleges across the UK. Together we:Volunteer at local refugee projectsCampaign to improve the lives of refugeesEducate people about refugees and asylumFundraise to welcome refugeesIn the past, we've hosted amazing events such as a For Sama film screening, a talk with Minnie Rahman and recently, we've collaborated with Bristol STAR on a series called 'Race in the Non-Profit Sector'.
