We're a very socialable group, organising nights out and meet-ups during the day. Come to one of our sessions to see for yourself! This is a Korean martial art, which literally translates into ‘Foot, fist and way’. More than just an efficient way of learning self-defence through kicking and punching, it will help you to improve your self-confidence and develop your agility, stamina and body strength. During the training sessions we will teach you Olympic style sparring in order to keep you fit and healthy whilst having the chance to prepare you for future competitions if you wish. You will also be learning the traditional Tae Kwon Do patterns, movements and self defense which we believe is very important to learn. If you practice ITF Taekwondo, thats not a problem! You are also welcome to join this club. We can also enter you for any ITF student competitions.   Training ScheduleMondays (8pm - 9:30pm) - RHB 300Wednesday (1pm-2:30pm) - The SU StudioMemberships£60 Social Membership - Attend all classes offered by the Instructors and Students (up to 3 classes per week!). Join all the social events organised by the commitee. You'll also be able to use this membership to advance through the belt gradings which take place at the end of each term. You'll be able to purchase a personalised Taekwondo Hoodie at a discounted price too!£110 Full/Competitive Membership - Have the honour to represent Goldsmiths at Sparring and Poomsae competitions that run throughout the year. Train hard and finish the year by competing at the Ultimate Student National Championships!
