Welcome to PILATES SOCIETY 🤍
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It also has a wealth of mental health benefits including reducing stress levels and building self-confidence. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Most importantly, it provides a friendly atmosphere to relax and have fun.
Our classes require no previous experience - newcomers to Pilates are warmly welcomed as well as those that may be more experienced. Our instructors aim to design sessions for all abilities, focusing on routines that improve physicality and promote mindfulness.
The society runs a session every Wednesday. You can sign up online at any point during the year. Our society aims to create a safe, inclusive community and there is a social every Wednesday evening where you can enjoy meeting new people and being a part of our community!
