The Visual Arts Society is very active, creative and fun. We are all about expression and aesthetic. Here's a snapshot of what we do: Workshops - from Digital Art and Photoshop tutorial sessions to crafts like Origami folding, as well as different styles of painting. These are short courses from a range of topics which are perfect to fit into and bring a burst of colour to our hectic schedules. Great for meeting new people while exploring a new genre of art or picking up a new skill! Drawing Lessons - our Life-drawing sessions have been going on for the 6th year running. We bring in professional models and external tutors for these more serious classes, and they are suitable for artists of all levels. Experience working with traditional media like charcoal and graphite. Gallery Trips - to the Tate Britain, Tate Modern, the Royal Academy of Arts, the National Gallery, Somerset House, Victoria & Albert Museum and the Saatchi Gallery. The Society is also often able to negotiate ticket discounts for our members on these trips!
Membership A. Give it a Go Membership - A free one-off trial that allows you to visit one of our events B. Standard Membership - Costs £3,00 and provides access to a loyalty card which makes the classes a lot cheaper.
