Women on "Board"

This society aims at bringing together women with high aspirations for their careers. It focuses on inspiring young women to ‘reach for the stars’, to follow their dreams and achieve the goals they have set as regards their professional life. We gather women from all professional sectors, irrespective of the stage of their career, to talk about how they came about achieving their position.Three are the key points regarding this society: - To raise awareness, among men and women, of the several difficulties women have to face when they are pursuing a professional career.- To give advice to women on what they will have to face and, as a consequence, what to expect from the professional world within different fields.- How there problems are currently being approached: are there any solutions?; are we looking for any solutions?; have we actually achieved any improvements?
