IAM portfolio encompasses services like Enterprise Active Directory, Azure AD, IBM ISIM/ISAM, MFA, Certificate services, Access provisioning, Access Reviews, Privileged ID management across all operating companies.
   
    The position 
   The Service Delivery SR manager works in a team of Service Delivery Managers across the globe and reports to Global VP Security Architecture & IAM Products. You manage our support organization to assure the performance of the delivery of our services to the operating companies For this you have a relationship with the opcos. You will also manage the day to day work and HR responsibilities of Service Delivery Managers.
    The ambition is to support Ahold Delhaize to be high performing, innovative, inspiring to work at and open to the potential of new (digital) technologies, processes and tools. Besides being a true team player, the service delivery manager must be able to act autonomously, be performance oriented, be entrepreneurial and decisive, he/she takes calculated risks, is highly ambitious, customer focused and inspiring. This position at Ahold Delhaize leads to reliable enterprise IAM service delivery. The service delivery SR manager is on top of things and will assure that the IAM service runs under all circumstances. 24/7 On call responsibilities are part of the job and be shared with other SDMs.
   
    The importance of the Identity and Access Management has increased dramatically in the past 5 years and is now the first layer of defense for our organization. The seamless operation of this core service is essential for ensuring secure operation of the business function. The role supports the execution of this key service that supports over 550K users and has budget management responsibilities.
    Starting from the existing strategy and infrastructure, the role defines smart objectives, sets key priorities and ambitious targets. The service delivery manager has a strong drive to always deliver excellent personal results. He/she contributes to the success of the team and is highly interested in new technology, processes, and working methods and supports an innovative culture.
