  Duties and Responsibilities
 </div>
 <ul>
  <li>Responsible for all accounting work necessary to ensure accounts payable are processed in a timely manner</li>
  <li>Responsible for accurate coding and voucher entry of vendor invoices into the accounting system</li>
  <li>Review all invoices for appropriate documentation &amp; approvals prior to payment</li>
  <li>Review and process credit card bills</li>
  <li>Review and process expense reports and receipts according to company policy</li>
  <li>Maintain Accounts Payable electronic files and storage</li>
  <li>Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues</li>
  <li>Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations</li>
  <li>Assist in month-end closing and accrual process</li>
  <li>Assist in annual external audits</li>
  <li>Perform analytical and ad hoc reporting as required</li>
  <li>Work with internal and external customers regarding account inquiries</li>
  <li>Ensure compliance with internal controls in accordance with policy Look for areas of process improvement to ensure efficient and effective processing of AP transactions</li>
