As this is an entry-level role, our Sales Development Program will provide you with exposure to the tools, training, and hands-on experience needed to become an effective and successful salesperson.</p><br>

      <p>While we do not believe in 360 recruiting and selling, we do believe that someone who demonstrates success in fundamental recruitment skills builds a good base to utilize for success in the sales arena. Therefore, our successful candidates will start in a recruitment capacity and then progress on to a sales role once they have demonstrated recruiting proficiency.</p><br>

Account Manager - FDM Group

Account Manager

You should have HR administrative experience, knowledge of employment laws, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting employee engagement and onboarding.

You will handle onboarding, maintain HR databases, assist with documentation, support employee engagement, respond to inquiries, and ensure data integrity while managing confidential information.

The People Team Assistant will be integral to the Company in the effective HR management of all employees of FDM Group Canada Inc. throughout the employment lifecycle. As an initial point of contact for line managers and employees, the People Team Assistant will assist with providing support and advice to all staff based across Canada. The People Team Assistant will report directly to the People Operations Team Lead, ensuring the support needed from a HR perspective is delivered to meet business objectives. The People Team Assistant will also be responsible for supporting the FDM Skills Lab new hire onboarding, mainly performing an administrative function and being responsible for the collection of new hire documents. In addition, this role will support local employee engagement events and initiatives. This role provides efficient, professional and timely administrative support to the HR team, ensuring that processes and general day-to-day activities are followed and compliance is maintained.<br><br> * Support the Canadian office with the administration of new hire onboarding<br> * Keep up to date with changes and trends in employment legislation and HR practices<br> * Assist with employee contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation<br> * Update the HRIS employee database to maintain accurate information<br> * Support the Sales Team by ensuring all onboarding requirements are met through delivery on site<br> * Complete employment verification forms and letters upon request<br> * Create employment files and hold ownership of the file system<br> * Assist with the administration of and responding to benefits related inquiries<br> * Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping HR information confidential<br> * Coordinate and support local employee engagement initiatives including wellness, social and team building events<br> * Assist with employee inquiries, and help resolve issues or errors<br> * Perform a wide range of general office duties including those of a confidential nature<br> * Establish efficient and effective administration processes<br> * Assist with communicating with IT in regard to starters/leavers<br> * Provide support to the Academy staff associated with training processes<br> * Ensure data integrity by performing regular system housekeeping<br> * General administration as required<br><br><br>
