 Job Purpose 
 As a Manager you will be working both locally in Glasgow and the surrounding areas, whilst accessing the benefits of Forvis Mazars hybrid working policy, and nationally within the SME team to develop and deliver compliance and advisory services to businesses in the SME market. 
 You'll be client facing and will lead the relationship across a portfolio of clients, working with them to coordinate the delivery of their compliance needs (both business and personal), but also delivering service excellence through proactive advice and support, and becoming trusted advisor for those clients. You will also collaborate across other service lines to ensure we are solutions-focused in our delivery to clients and proactively seeking to add value every step of the way. 
 The role is a Manager role, reporting directly into the National Head of SME, with opportunities for progression in the future. 
 Role &amp; Responsibilities

 <li>Deliver a high-quality compliance service to the existing portfolio of SME clients, including (but not limited to) unaudited statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, iXBRL tagging, personal tax returns, VAT and management accounts.</li> 
 <li>Develop our SME offering, enhancing the number of services and support provided to the existing client base</li> 
 <li>Lead the Scotland SME team and build a team for the future, upskilling staff on compliance and advisory matters</li>
