The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, an EIT certification, familiarity with water resource planning concepts, and preferably a master's degree in engineering or applied science. Knowledge of the Water Rights Analysis Package and Texas Water Availability Models is also preferred.

The Water Resource Planning Engineer will analyze data, create reports, estimate costs, and evaluate environmental impacts for water resource planning projects. They will work with a team, communicate effectively, and maintain attention to detail in their day-to-day responsibilities.
