 About The Role 
 As a member of G2’s Legal Team, you will have the opportunity to join an exciting team and work closely with an Intern Mentor who will support you throughout your internship. You will impact G2 by bringing in-house the perspective of a law student who is currently learning directly from informed law school professors. The Legal Intern will have access to teachings of experts in the legal community which would be valuable to the company. You will work on a variety of legal projects including: 
 <ul> 
 <li>Assisting the legal department with creating, editing, and managing legal agreements, documents, and contracts.</li> 
 <li>Assisting with company-wide legal matters, documents and strategy.</li> 
 <li>Working with the legal team as needed on any ongoing projects or pertinent tasks.</li> 
 </ul> 
 Please note the following about the role: 
 <ul> 
 <li>Preference will be given to candidates who are based in Chicago</li> 
 <li>This internship is open to 2Ls and 3Ls</li> 
 <li>Pay: $24.00 per hour</li> 
 <li>Part Time: 20 hours a week</li> 
 </ul> 
 In This Role, You Will: 
 <ul> 
 <li>Conduct legal research on various topics, including artificial intelligence and intellectual property.</li> 
 <li>Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.</li> 
 <li>Maintain and update various trackers, including ongoing litigation, pending legislation, and internal contracts.</li> 
 <li>Assist in the preparation of presentations, memos, articles, and reports for internal and external use.</li> 
 <li>Provide general administrative support to the legal department.</li> 
 </ul> 
 Minimum Qualifications 
 <ul> 
 <li>Bachelor’s Degree + Pursuing Juris Doctorate</li> 
 <li>Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited law school and in good academic standing. (This internship is open to 2Ls and 3Ls)</li> 
 <li>Research, writing, and analytical skills.</li> 
 <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> 
 <li>Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.</li> 
 <li>Proficiency with Google Drive</li>
