You will protect and promote the interests of both Gilbane and the client in all matters as well as demonstrating the personal characteristics of a developing leader. Responsibilities: 
 <ul>
 <li>Communicate with the project partners to manage the production of Model Based Submittals</li>
 <li> Collect comprehensive building models, examine for conflicts, document, assign and help determine how to manage change and development</li>
 <li> Create &amp; manage project documentation</li>
 <li> Communicate with trade contractors on coordination progress and host working sessions</li>
 <li> Interact with coordination model and diagram design changes</li>
 <li> Create and process Revit models</li>
 <li> Participate in business unit office activities including orientation program, training sessions and peer group meetings</li>
 <li> Integrate reality capture tools and methods to stay informed of field activities</li>
 <li> Inform budget recommendations, estimate time requirements, and determine the resources necessary for meeting all VDC project goals</li>
 <li> Support 2-3 VDC deliverables at a time and completes assigned projects with little supervision</li>
 </ul> Qualifications: 
 EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
 <ul>
 <li> BA/BS/MS degree in Architecture, Engineering or BIM related specialties</li>
 <li> 1-3 years of VDC Coordination experience</li>
 <li> Or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
 </ul>
 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES
 <ul>
 <li> Strong problem-solving skills</li>
 <li> Strong time-management and analytical skills</li>
 <li> Proficient with BIM and design software (Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, In-design)</li>
 <li> Basic understanding of construction documentation</li>
 <li> Basic knowledge of construction systems</li>
 <li> Curiosity of design concepts and integrated building components and systems</li>
 <li> Leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>
 <li> Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment</li>
 <li> Positive attitude</li>
