You'll help to manage the global product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, and brand strategy to drive our high-profile brand. In this exciting role, you will partner with cross-functional teams; including but not limited to regional and global marketing, design and development, packaging, engineering, demand planning, and costing on all phases of product development. You will be the voice of the consumer throughout this process, taking into account research studies and competitive analysis. Successful candidates are proactive, energetic, collaborative, responsive, flexible, creative, analytical, strategic and decisive.
 
  What you’ll do and what you’ll learn:
 
   Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow the business.
   Leverage creative thinking and consumer insights to drive product innovations and better meet/exceed consumer demands.
   Evolve consumer research into clear and concise, insights based, sell in stories to hand off to regional marketing partners.
   Assist in the development of overall go-to-market product strategy, support asset development in partnership with commercial marketing team by providing item details and collaborating on messaging of unique selling features.

   Collaborative: able to work with, get information/help from internal partners ie. cross-functional development team, regional marketers, finance, legal

  Eligibility to apply:
 
   Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent major with at least one quarter or semester left after December 2024.
   Available to work full-time hours in-person at our Pawtucket, RI office location for the entire duration of the internship.
   Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
