HITT is seeking a motivated and service-orientated Program Associate to join the Human Resources team at Headquarters in support of the Learning and Development program. In addition to the learning management system (Workday Learning) and a robust cohort program, L&amp;D also includes the HITT Futures Program. The Futures Program has evolved over nearly 20 years to be an immersive educational experience that has helped hundreds of candidates gain the entry-level experience needed to begin, develop, and support their future careers in construction. The Program Associate role is a critical first line of support to all HITT team members&mdash;from seasonal intern to senior leadership&mdash;and is responsible for ensuring they understand HITT&rsquo;s policies and protocols, their job responsibilities and training requirements, and have access to various tools and resources to ensure their ultimate success, engagement, and productivity.</div><div></div><div>
The ideal candidate will be empathetic and passionate about the holistic employee experience and principles of learning and development. They will be resourceful and a quick learner, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once.
