You should have a commercial or technical background, experience in customer service, SAP and MS Office skills, fluency in German and English, strong communication skills, and a reliable work ethic.

You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, track deliveries, manage technical spare parts issues, oversee safety stock, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist with reporting.
