The Role We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead a new Monetization team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a new function from the ground up, focused on increasing revenue per user through brand partnership and affiliate opportunities as well as cost-reduction opportunities. You’ll be responsible for identifying and validating new monetization opportunities across our consumer-facing products, building experiences that are valuable to participants and partners alike, and integrating these into our core product in a way that’s additive—not interruptive—to the user journey. Your first focus will be on Third Party Brand Partnerships: think integrating relevant apparel or nutrition brands into event pages, confirmation screens, or within the app, earning commissions on sales and sharing this revenue with event organizers to accelerate our sales pipeline. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and our commercial partnerships team to drive strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship iteratively. You should have 1–3 years in account management or tech support, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, tech-savviness, organization, and experience with large clients. Familiarity with SaaS tools is a plus.

The Role As our UK-based Customer Onboarding Executive, you’ll be a dedicated point of contact for London Marathon Events (LME)—one of our most iconic and strategically important partners. LME delivers the world-famous TCS London Marathon and a suite of other high-profile events, and your mission will be to ensure their experience with Let’s Do This is seamless and supportive. You’ll be working closely with the Account Management Lead who owns the LME relationship from a strategic and commercial perspective, supporting them to deliver true value from the partnership. This is a relationship-first, detail-driven role where around 75% of your time will be spent supporting LME. You’ll work closely with their internal team, often joining weekly meetings and likely spending one day a week working from their office to stay in sync.
