   Duties and responsibilities:
  
   You handle the month-end closing for your entities.
   You are responsible for periodic reconciliations of several general ledger accounts.
   You take responsibility for the general ledger and ensure that entries are made in accordance with relevant accounting rules.
   You look for improvements in efficiency and the reliability of the records.
   You assist with the year-end closing and the annual audit by the external accountant.
   You file several VAT returns.
   You maintain one or more personnel-related bookings such as vacation day provisions, personnel hiring costs, and the in-and out-lending of personnel to other Lineage entities.
   You oversee the intercompany reconciliations for your entities and take responsibility for a portion of them.
   You ensure that entries and balances of general ledger accounts are documented and that general ledger accounts are actively managed.
  
   Who are we looking for?
  
   At least HBO (higher professional education, Bachelor level).
   1-10 years of relevant work experience
   Knowledge of automated (financial) data processing
   Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
   Knowledge of Workday Finance is a plus
   You need to be within commuting distance of Rotterdam
