  • Cross checking of orders through EDI into TMS to ensure all orders are showing and correct
  • Using customer booking platforms to book in DC loads in a timely manner
  • Calling/emailing foodservice customers for transport bookings
  • Working through customer queries on daily basis
  • Working closely with Transport Planner for timeslots and bookings
  • Working with other states for interstate orders
  • Sending Transport Partners emails booking for collections to regional areas
  • Working with Warehouse Admin Staff for order, queries, date changes etc
  • Liaising with Transport Allocator for any missed deliveries to be rescheduled and any missing paperwork for bookings
