The &lt;strong&gt;Graphic Design Production Coordinator&lt;/strong&gt; will play a role in overseeing and maintaining the workflow, production, and timely delivery of graphic design projects. Your expertise in project management, resource allocation, graphic design, print production, and team coordination will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our studio.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;Graphic Design Production Coordinator&lt;/strong&gt; reports into the &lt;strong&gt;Production Manager&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Responsibilities&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage the end-to-end production process of design projects, from intake to final delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including account executives, designers, and other studio team members, to gather project requirements, establish project priorities, and allocate resources accordingly.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain project schedules, ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assign tasks and projects to the design team members, balancing workloads and ensuring optimal utilization of resources.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Implement and streamline production processes and workflows in Adobe Workfront, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring efficiency and scalability within the studio.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Establish, maintain, and archive accurate records of all project interactions in Adobe Workfront&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monitor and track project progress, ensuring projects stay on schedule.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with external vendors and partners, managing relationships and coordinating deliverables as necessary. Serve as the primary contact for a specific region or group of stakeholders, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives and design requirements.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather project briefs, clearly communicate expectations, and provide guidance on design concepts and timelines.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead and support in new stakeholder and external agency on-boarding and training. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Act as a liaison between account executives and the studio team, ensuring effective communication and a smooth workflow throughout the design process.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, while maintaining a high level of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Support in execution and adaptation of production design work as required. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Other Qualifications&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bilingual proficiency in French-Canadian and English is highly preferred&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
