       <p><b> About the role:</b><br> Nicholas O'Dwyer are currently looking for a Graduate Engineer to work within our Water Department at our head office in Dublin.</p>
       <p> The successful candidate would be working as part of a team on International and Domestic Water Projects.</p>
       <p><b> Core role requirements:</b></p>
       <ul> 
        <li>Preparation of Feasibility, Route and Site Selections and Concept Design Reports.</li> 
        <li>Preparation of Detailed Designs including detailed design drawings, calculations, and reports.</li> 
        <li>Preparing Technical Specifications and Contract Documents for main works and investigation contracts.</li> 
        <li>Undertaking Tender Evaluation and Procurement processes.</li> 
        <li>Preparation of all documentation required for statutory approvals such as planning permissions and acquiring of land acquisition &amp; wayleaves.</li> 
        <li>Construction stage contract administration.</li> 
        <li>Developing detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.</li> 
        <li>Involvement in water engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on schedule.</li> 
        <li>Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance with applicable regulations and standards.</li> 
        <li>Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including junior engineers and support staff.</li> 
        <li>Performing site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.</li> 
        <li>Preparing and reviewing technical reports, drawings, and specifications.</li> 
        <li>Monitoring and controlling project costs, including tracking expenses and managing change orders.</li> 
        <li>Identifying and mitigating project risks and implementing effective risk management strategies.</li> 
        <li>Fostering effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.</li>
