Our technicians are supported by a dedicated management team structure, ensuring our team has everything available to maximize vehicle through put and reduce workshop delays and supply chain frustrations. With over 1150 vehicles across the entire Fleet, each day offers variety, and the opportunity for our technicians to enjoy their working environment with likeminded people. The hours of work are in line with the current shift system, being split across two teams, spanning a seven-day week. The working week for each of the teams is 37.5hrs across a two-week average and typically consists of working 4 days on shift week one, and 3 days on shift week two. Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if needed. Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident. This service was introduced to make it easier for people to access local NHS healthcare services in England. It provides non-emergency medical help fast, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
