Your Role We are looking for a tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing TA function. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will assist in managing the hiring process, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience as Ohme continues to scale globally. You will also contribute to internal projects designed to improve processes and employer branding. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years' experience who are eager to develop their skills in talent acquisition and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Candidate Sourcing: Support proactive sourcing efforts through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. * Recruitment Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and tracking candidates in the ATS. * Stakeholder Support: Work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand hiring needs. * Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that enhance Ohme's reputation as an employer of choice. * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. * Data & Reporting: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports on hiring progress.
