 The scope of responsibilities will include:

 <li> Receiving and routing all mails and incoming calls</li>
 <li> Assistance with meeting arrangements</li>
 <li> Preparation of draft agendas and minutes of project meetings</li>

 Qualifications

 <li> Prior administrative experience in Clinical Research / CRO environment, preferably in an international setting</li>
 <li> Full working proficiency in German and good English skills</li>
 <li> Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</li>
 <li> Good organizational and planning skills, problem-solving abilities, flexibility</li>
 <li> Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li>
 <li> Team-oriented with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude to tasks and projects</li>
