35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays

Life assurance

We provide life assurance cover, in the event of your death. You will receive 1 x your annual salary cover as standard but this can increase to 4 x in the enhanced pension plan.

We offer company sick pay that increases with length of service. This will be detailed in your contract.

Contributory pension scheme

You will be contractually enrolled into the pension plan from the first day of your employment. You can contribute from 4% of your pay and we contribute to helping you provide for your future.

You are eligible to join our tailored medical trust scheme that includes a professional helpline and gives you peace of mind that you can access prompt treatment (in a spire facility) in the event of an illness or injury.
