   General/Position Summary
 
 
   Provide subject matter expertise and deliver innovative solutions to HR Partners and leaders on ER matters, corrective actions and performance management.
   Work across multiple business lines and to conduct ER investigations in accordance with best practices, guidelines and key ER principles.
   Works in partnership with ER team, HRPBs and Legal Department and relevant partners to lead thorough and objective investigations regarding complaints of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct and serious policy violations.

   Partner with ER Director to develop strategies to support the business and PX team, and proactively develop solutions to address trends to support attraction, retention and development of talent and capabilities across the business.

   Identify and implement digital tools and resources to support ER function and deployment of ER related data. This includes a platform for case management, utilization of data analytics/reporting, and trend analysis to support people related solutions and business objectives.
