 <p>As content designer, you will be responsible for developing the content strategy and content design solution for the MSC journey, which comprises of the Health/Life Memberzones including Care Hub. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and reviewing content around the end-to-end user journeys leveraging data and research both internally and externally. You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders alongside a cross functional team of product and UX to craft journeys which balance user and business needs. You will also work closely with the design community to contribute to and use style guides and design patterns.</p>

   <li>Leverage experience and external research to challenge the status quo and initiate changes to content and its strategy unprompted with the aim to position Vitality’s content experience as best in class both within industry and beyond.</li>
   <li>Work with Product Owners/Managers, UX and other Content Designers to agree consistent standards for substance, structure, workflow and governance.</li>
   <li>Make sure content is accurate, compliant and regularly reviewed. Write and edit easily understood, on-brand, accessible, SEO-optimised copy. Write content briefs for internal and external creative teams to deliver the best possible user experience.</li>
   <li>Test and monitor the performance of content and identify ways to iteratively improve it.</li>
   <li>Have an overall perspective on business issues, events, activities and an understanding of their wider implications and long-term impact. Determine patterns, standards, policies, roadmaps and vision statements. Focus on outcomes rather than solutions and activities.</li>
   <li>Consult, collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across Vitality. Build and improve relationships and tailor communications accordingly. Take opposing views and reach consensus on content that meets user needs and business goals, using evidence to explain choices made.</li>

   <li>Experience of UX accessible writing and content design for digital channels.</li>
   <li>Experience of editing and publishing in Sitecore content management system.</li>
   <li>Experience of keyword research and implementing SEO recommendations.</li>
   <li>Strong understanding of digital analytics and conversion rate optimisation processes.</li>
   <li>Able to lead and facilitate meetings (e.g. lead workshops) within business.</li>
