You need a relevant degree, 10+ years in supply chain with 5+ in leadership, 5 years in automotive, SAP ERP experience, and APICS/CPIM/PMP certifications preferred. Business travel up to 50% required.

You will develop supply chain strategies, manage budgets, optimize processes, oversee logistics, mitigate risks, lead a team, ensure compliance, and monitor KPIs for effectiveness.

We are looking for Head of Supply Chain Management in Voltaira Auto Kabel (m/f/d) at one of our locations in EMEA region - in Germany, or Hungary, or Czech Republic (remote). As a Head of Supply Chain Management Function, this is your opportunity to build a Global supply chain team from scratch across all Auto Kabel locations and drive significant changes. The Head of Supply Chain Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity. Your tasks: * Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies at all Auto Kabel locations that align with the company's business goals and objectives, leveraging SAP ERP capabilities. * Budget Management: Formulate and manage the annual budget for the supply chain function to support the Global organization's business plans. * Process Optimization: Continuously improve supply chain processes through lean management techniques, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies, utilizing SAP ERP for process integration and optimization. * Logistics Management: Oversee logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products. * Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure supply security and reliability. * Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities. * Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies, including TS16949 and ISO14000. * Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using SAP and Xpert ERP to assess the effectiveness of supply chain operations and implement corrective actions as needed * Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * 5 years experience at automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier  * Deep understanding of global market trends and customer requirements. * Extensive experience with SAP ERP is essential. * Certifications: APICS, CPIM, PMP, or other relevant certifications are preferred. * Readiness for Business Trips (approx. 50 %) Skills:  * Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, * Ability to create a global matrix ORG, * Multicultural communication and team leadership skills, * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, * Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a global environment.
