  • Budget Management: Formulate and manage the annual budget for the supply chain function to support the Global organization's business plans.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve supply chain processes through lean management techniques, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies, utilizing SAP ERP for process integration and optimization.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure supply security and reliability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies, including TS16949 and ISO14000.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using SAP and Xpert ERP to assess the effectiveness of supply chain operations and implement corrective actions as needed.
