    Manage and lead the Concession & Consignment team for Net A Porter & Mr. Porter across the UK, USA & APAC regions.
   
  
   
    Business partnering with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders across levels of seniority and business functionality including: sales, operations, technology, legal, buying and merchandising.
   
  
   
    Manage and lead two Accounts Assistants with responsibility for their training and development.
   
  
   
    Review workings, journals and reports prepared by accounts assistants.
   
  
   
    Oversee and complete a variety of month end tasks with strict deadlines e.g. accounting for concession & consignment accruals and reversals, concession offset postings, reconciliation of reports and final reports sent to Concession & Consignment brands, accounting and reconciling inventory, RTV exercises.
   
  
   
    Balance sheet reconciliations for Concession & Consignments accruals.
   
  
   
    Report and review Concession inventory every quarter
   
  
   
    Completing monthly variance analysis on reported figures and highlight discrepancies between accruals and values invoiced.
   
  
   
    Be the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors with regards to Concession related requests.
   
  
   
    Participate in ad hoc projects as required

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships in a multinational environment
   
  
   
    Experience of working within an e-commerce or retail environment desirable, but not essential
   
  
   
    Ability to be flexible in a changing environment and work to strict deadlines
   
  
   
    Proactive attitude with the ability to identify areas for improvement
   
  
   
    Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects while delivering results on time
   
  
   
    Excellent eye for detail and organisational skills
   
  
   
    Ability to work hard as part of a growing team
   
  
   
    Advanced Excel skills
   
  
   
    Knowledge of Navision desirable, but not essential
