 Key Responsibilities:
 Renewal Management:

 <li>Proactively manage and track your renewals, with a laser focus on increasing both IQRR and NRR</li>
 <li>Manage renewal terms, pricing and contract extensions with Customers, with a focus on upsell and cross-sell, being able to competently articulate the power and benefits of Zoom’s platform.</li>

 Customer Engagement:

 <li>Build consultative relationships with our Customers by developing a deep understanding of their needs through proactive renewal activities such as renewal reviews, experience tours, discovery sessions and 1-1 outreach.</li>
