About

  • The Insights Summit is a one-day, virtual experience that provides an overview of our internships, recruitment process, and culture. The program is designed to attract undergraduate sophomores, who are interested in early exposure to financial services and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry. 
  • This program is seeking undergraduate students studying in the United States with an expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026, including, without limitation, students who identify as a Asian, Pacific Islander, Native, Indigenous, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, differently abled, and/or are a veteran of the U.S. Military, who are interested in exploring career opportunities at JPMorgan Chase & Co. We are looking for dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and position our businesses for the future. All undergraduate students who are interested in JPMorgan Chase & Co., regardless of background, are welcome to apply.
  • Participants will be provided with an introduction to financial services and the firm. You will be exposed to our senior leaders and have an opportunity to gain a better understanding of our firm and how to have a successful career here. You will have an opportunity to learn more about the summer internship programs offered in our various Lines of Business. Through this experience you will gain insight into how the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of our senior leaders positively impact the future of people’s lives, the firm and our industry.

Who We Are Seeking:

  • If you're highly motivated and enjoy working in teams to develop innovative solutions, this program is for you. We welcome students from all majors and backgrounds who have an interest in financial services, are pursuing a bachelor's degree within the United States, and graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
