• Students who are in pursuit of a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a BCom/BBA student.
• Hold a significant interest in a career in Consulting
• Have completed at least one year of post-secondary education 
• Demonstrate analytical, teamwork and organizational skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Students will be selected based on their academic achievements, leadership, extracurricular activities, and communication skills
• Be committed to integrity within a professional environment
