Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis of markets (business / sector / transactional / pricing comparable) and credit analysis of potential leveraged finance issuers.
  • Assist the team in the preparation of marketing materials and pitches to both private equity and corporate clients.
  • Financial modelling of transactions.
  • Review confidentiality agreements alongside Legal.
  • Draft summaries of new business opportunities for conflict check purposes.
  • Review of Information Memoranda/ business plans/ due diligence/ term sheets.
  • KYC – process new client on-boarding.
  • Crédit Agricole monitoring tools – data entry, updating and ongoing review.
  • Monitoring of portfolio company trading & developments/ account analysis/ waiver request processing etc.
  • Drafting early stage credit applications and assisting senior staff on sections of full credit applications.
  • Drafting annual review papers.
  • Assistance to senior management in all other areas of the business as required.
  • Precise split of time will be determined on an ongoing basis dependent on business requirements at the time.
