Responsibilities

Conduct analysis of markets (business / sector / transactional / pricing comparable) and credit analysis of potential leveraged finance issuers.
Assist the team in the preparation of marketing materials and pitches to both private equity and corporate clients.
Financial modelling of transactions.
Review confidentiality agreements alongside Legal.
Draft summaries of new business opportunities for conflict check purposes.
Review of Information Memoranda/ business plans/ due diligence/ term sheets.
KYC – process new client on-boarding.
Crédit Agricole monitoring tools – data entry, updating and ongoing review.
Monitoring of portfolio company trading & developments/ account analysis/ waiver request processing etc.
Drafting early stage credit applications and assisting senior staff on sections of full credit applications.
Drafting annual review papers.
Assistance to senior management in all other areas of the business as required.
Precise split of time will be determined on an ongoing basis dependent on business requirements at the time.
