Responsibilities

  • Supporting Senior Officers:
  • Maintain and develop the team's comps database, providing timely data on market pricing trends.
  • Draft opinions, liquidity analysis, and pricing sheets with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Contribute to pitch preparation as needed.
  • Prepare closing memos under supervision, coordinating with Origination teams.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for Global Sector and Investor Coordinator roles.
  • Maintain a database of recent Green Loan, Social Loan, and Sustainability-Linked Loan transactions.
  • Prepare briefing memos, attend investor meetings, and write call reports and meeting minutes.
  • Support distribution activities on live transactions: open debtdomain sites, draft invitation letters, organize bank meetings and roadshows, manage Q&A files.
  • Track activity and assist in preparing activity reports, including quarterly management presentations and monthly fee reviews.
  • Monitor transactions via Diamond, ensuring proper upkeep of files, including Comparable Transactions and administrative trails.
  • Stay updated on loan market trends by preparing Monday Morning Meeting briefs.
  • Areas of Responsibility:
  • Corporate Loans: Including loans from CLF Corporate origination teams, Corporate Acquisition Finance and Advisory teams, CLF-booked assets, Caisse Regionale or LCL origination teams (CA CIB in an advisory role), Corporate Term Loan B sold to institutional investors, Schuldschein, Euro PP Loan format, and Corporate SFI-booked assets.
  • International Trade, Export, and Transaction Banking Loans: Covering Export Finance, Structured Commodity Finance, Commodity Traders, and Private Equity Fund Finance.
  • Financial Institutions Loans: Originated by the Financial Institutions Group (FIG).
  • Euro PP Bond Format
  • Documentary and Reporting Tasks:
  • Internal and external reporting.
  • Comparable transaction research and database maintenance.
  • League table reporting.
