Requirements

  • To be considered for the 2023 US Future Women Leaders Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2025 – Spring 2026
  • Available to attend the program in New York on Wednesday, November 15th – Thursday, November 16th.

Responsibilities

  • Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager. We seek to create positive economic impact and long-term value for our investors, the companies we invest in, and the communities in which we work. Blackstone’s Future Women Leaders Program is a three-day experience designed to give participants early exposure to finance and business through interactive informational seminars, networking, and skill building session.
  • Program participants will have the opportunity to interact and network with business and recruiting professionals in addition to members of our Women’s Initiative Network to better understand our businesses and culture. Participants will also learn more about our full-time and summer program opportunities.
  • Blackstone’s Future Women Leaders Program is open to current sophomores (graduating in Fall 2024 - Spring 2025) who are interested in exploring a career in the financial services industry.
  • Participation in the Program does not guarantee an interview or employment.
  • Depending on the position, you may be required to obtain certain securities licenses if you are in a client facing role and/or if you are engaged in the following:
  • Attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or and client questions;
  • Marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients;
  • Supervising or training securities licensed employees;
  • Structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products; and
  • Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.
