Responsibilities

  • Run various registration reports through RBC’s preferred internal platform, Tembosocial, as required by the Meetings & Events team.
  • Enhance PowerPoint presentation decks for internal clients.
  • Provide administrative support as it relates, but not limited to, meeting planning; registration building, name badge distribution, onsite registration, etc.
  • Communicate with internal clients and internal & external suppliers in a skilled and professional manner.
  • Engage suppliers at clients’ discretion adhering to budget constraints
  • Liaise with other bank units and external supplies to ensure consistent and co-ordinated functions and schedules are adhered to.
