The candidate must have a strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, investment, and real estate, along with skills in research and financial modeling. They should be proactive, a good communicator, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in investment banking or real estate investing is preferred but not required, and they should be an undergraduate with an expected graduation date by June 2024, with a minimum 2:1 degree and fluency in English, with additional European languages being desirable.

The candidate will be responsible for financial modeling and analysis in real estate investing, supporting the team in acquisitions, underwriting, and managing investments for a potential career in portfolio management.
