- This is a temporary position based in the Leeds office in the Property Management Division requiring high levels of self-motivation and drive to build up detailed property knowledge and good contacts. Commitment to the team and dedication to learning a full range of knowledge and skills in the Property Management division is essential.

Responsibilities
- Under supervision where necessary:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues
- Reading and reviewing lease documentation
- Carry out regular property inspections
- Work with surveyors and regional facilities managers to ensure that properties are well maintained at all times
- Instructing contractors as required
- Collating reports for clients
- Deal with enquiries from tenants, clients, solicitors, local authorities and others
- Assist with portfolio mobilisation, property set up and handover of properties
- Maintain property records and prepare change notes via Workflow system
- Liaise with the property accounts team over any property queries where necessary
- Invoice approval and ensure correct coding of expenditure in line with budgets
- Review arrears reports and liaise with surveyor and credit controllers
- Working with the Surveyor, draft review and approve service charge budgets including reporting to tenants and responding to queries
- Review service charge cash flow and budget regularly with the RFM and site teams
- Working with the Surveyor to review Service Charges and manage the year end process, including reporting
- Maintain the Operation Reporting System (“Compass”), updating as required including photographs, surveyor allocations, new property set up.
- Drafting and issuing documentation i.e. contracts, pro formas, licences, rent review memos, funding requests etc
- Reactive property management work
- Undertake specific projects as required by line manager
- In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time
