  • Currently enrolled undergraduate students with a graduation date of December 2024 or May 2025
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Someone who is self-motivated and driven to get results and make an impact while utilizing strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively.
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer.
  • Someone who is team oriented and able to develop positive relationships with coworkers and other partners involved.
  • General computer and email proficiency

  • Assist team with projects or tasks related to proposal content creation, graphic design, and template library, as assigned. Content comes from all facets of CDW’s business.
  • Shadow coworkers within Proposals to gain an understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop knowledge of customer contracting and our model for support.
  • Learn how Requests For Proposals (RFPs) drive business with our customers.
  • Administer an assigned project to enhance compliance, accuracy, and efficiency related to preparing written responses to bids and proposals that position CDW for success. Provide regular updates on project progress.
