Requirements

Currently enrolled undergraduate students with a graduation date of December 2024 or May 2025
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Someone who is self-motivated and driven to get results and make an impact while utilizing strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively.
Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer.
Someone who is team oriented and able to develop positive relationships with coworkers and other partners involved.
General computer and email proficiency
Authorization to work in the US; without sponsorship as a full-time coworker.

Responsibilities

Assist team with projects or tasks related to proposal content creation, graphic design, and template library, as assigned. Content comes from all facets of CDW’s business.
Shadow coworkers within Proposals to gain an understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
Develop knowledge of customer contracting and our model for support.
Learn how Requests For Proposals (RFPs) drive business with our customers.
Administer an assigned project to enhance compliance, accuracy, and efficiency related to preparing written responses to bids and proposals that position CDW for success. Provide regular updates on project progress.
