Requirements

  • Required Education: You meet one of the following criteria:
  • Must be pursuing a PhD (enrolled student)
  • Required Majors: Pursuing a PhD degree in Molecular/Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Neurobiology or Bioengineering
  • Required Skills:
  • Prior Lab experience and familiarity with biochemical and cellular assays
  • Technical expert in bioanalytical assays with knowledge in ELISA, MSD, Gyros and/or LCMS
  • Competent in data analysis software’s such as Microsoft Excel Prism, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills and desire to learn methodologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical expert in bioanalytical assays with knowledge in ELISA, MSD, Gyros and/or LCMS
  • Familiarity with automation and high throughput processes
  • Competent in data analysis software’s such as Microsoft Excel Prism, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating/Developing new sensitive assay technologies for quantitative measurement of pharmacodynamic biomarkers and support our portfolio in the pre-clinical Research stages
  • Implementing assay optimization/validation, experimental design, troubleshooting, sample analysis and automation
  • Effective communication is essential and includes presentations at department and cross-functional teams, and writing bioanalytical sections of protocols for publications
  • Maintaining Electronic lab notebooks for accurate and organized recording of experiments
